Responsible for gym community spirit and engagement. A key personality and team player. Assistant to daily running of sessions, staff roster, schedule and social media engagement, upkeep and management. Assisting in developing internal standards, policies, procedures and protocols. Ensuring highest quality of member experience through exceptional member engagement and class delivery.

Demonstrate knowledge of the company brand in accordance with company standards
Arrive to gym prepared with a thorough understanding of the workout for the day
Maintain required number of coaching hours weekly and provide cover when required
Lead by example in retention of gym members
Support Facility Lead to ensure staffing at facility is appropriately allocated
Implement each new training phase as outlined by Facility Lead
Understand the member journey to help increase retention
Assist when required perform goal check-ins for members
Assist when required in undertaking No Sweat Intros
Work with CSM to highlight key member issues, bright spots etc. in a timely manner
Ensure the gym has enough stock and reported to ops manager in a timely manner.
Ensure the gym is setup, maintained and cleaned to a consistently high standard
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, appearance and organisation of the facility and equipment
Ensure the coaching team are always prepared and deliver an excellent service at all times and liaise with Facility Lead when this is not met.
Deliver introduction, verbal cues, and demonstrate each exercise with confidence, providing modifications/regressions or progressions as needed.
Ensure members are receiving attention by name where possible in class and performing exercises safely, always using the correct form while keeping them motivated and encouraged.
Assist facility lead with community engagement to drive awareness, including event launches, marketing projects and recruitment events.
Implement social media marketing strategies and contribute to social media content.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to both clients, colleagues, and internal & external business partners.
Develop a high-energy culture through challenges, fun in-house events and incentive-based motivation.
Assist with the running of challenges, special projects, events, and promotions.
Meet or exceed required gym performance metrics (KPIs).
Ensure appropriate communication of your own administrative actions at all times
Comply and adhere to the company's business policies and standards.
Comply and adhere to Ludus Magnus business policies and standards.
Attend and assist at organised events, whether community, social, or fitness-related.
Comfortable giving sweaty high fives!
The delivery of excellence and high standards of service.
Ensuring team deliverables continue to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Organising engagement events and maintaining high retention.
Monitor and appraise coaching as directed by Facility Lead
Exceptional administration and communication skills, self-motivated, and process-oriented.
Hardworking and committed to delivering from concept to conclusion for the role, studio, and the brand/business values.
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Fitness certification through a nationally recognised organisation (EQF 4 and above).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry
CrossFit Level 2
CPR/AED First Aid Certification.
