Pilates Instructor (Activate)
Facility Lead

Deliver world-class Pilates experiences, primarily Reformer with some Mat and 1:1/duet sessions - that help clients move better, feel stronger and stay consistent. You'll uphold studio standards, drive member retention through relationships and results, and contribute to a thriving, welcoming culture.
Lead Exceptional Sessions
Coach Reformer & Mat classes to a high standard: clear demos, sharp verbal cues, tactile/visual corrections, intelligent regressions/progressions.
Keep every client seen, safe, and successful, by name, every session.
Prepare thoroughly with intent before you arrive.
Programming & Delivery
Implement new training phases as outlined by the Facility Lead; offer feedback on flow, level options, and equipment setup to continually refine.
Tailor sessions to mixed abilities; manage tempo, transitions, and timekeeping to deliver a premium, unhurried experience.
Member Experience & Retention
Build relationships that last: remember injuries, wins, and goals; log key notes promptly.
Support new-member onboarding and intros so nobody feels “thrown in at the deep end.”
Highlight bright spots and flag member issues to the CSM swiftly.
Standards & Facility Care
Open/close, set up/put down equipment, and maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene across the Studio and shared floors.
Model our values and professional standards in language, attire, and conduct.
Teamwork & Communication
Maintain required weekly coaching hours and provide class cover where needed.
Communicate clearly with Facility Lead and colleagues; follow SOPs and admin processes without fail.
Attend team meetings, CPD sessions, and contribute ideas to improve the member journey.
Community & Brand
Support in-house challenges, workshops, and events.
Contribute to social content (tips, technique, member wins) in line with brand guidelines.
The delivery of excellence and high standards of service.
Ensuring deliverables continue to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Warm, professional communicator who remembers names and details.
Technically excellent: you can spot-and-fix movement quickly and kindly.

Willingness to work flexible hours.
Comprehensive Pilates Certification with Reformer (e.g., STOTT, Polestar, BASI, Body Control, APPI or equivalent).
Mat Pilates Certification (minimum EQF Level 3 or equivalent; Reformer training EQF 4+ preferred).
Current First Aid/CPR/AED.
Experience: 1–2+ years teaching Reformer in a studio or boutique setting (or standout graduate with strong practical hours and references).
Confident with mixed-level small groups and 1:1s; comfortable with basic injuries and prenatal/postnatal considerations (within scope of practice).
Eligibility to work in Ireland and professional liability insurance (or willing to obtain).
